Refresh the page. If the problem persists, write to us and include your browser and the time it happened.
Stars were deducted, but no reading came through.
Write to us — we'll return your stars and look into it. Every charge is recorded in your activity log.

An interpretation is built around your question. If the answer feels off, try rewording your question more specifically or switching the tone of the reading.
I want to delete my account.
Go to your account → Settings → "Delete account". All your data is erased permanently within 24 hours.
